We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. So we are proud to offer to you an 'Unlimited Returns' policy! This means you can send your unwanted items back to us whenever you want, and as long as the item is in perfect* condition without any queries we will refund your card!
Please email or call a member of our team to obtain a returns number so we can keep track of what is coming back. Anything that is sent back must have a returns number.
*Products must be returned in the original packaging with any tags still attached, in a resalable condition and the item unsoiled. Although every order is double checked before being sent, if there should prove to be a fault with an item it will be refunded including return postage.
Swimwear/Underwear
Please make sure that when trying on underwear & swimwear etc you do so over your own underwear. Please also make sure that you do not remove the 'Hygienic Protection' label when trying on. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
When sending items back, for your own benefit we recommend that parcels are sent via a recorded delivery service. XSFashion.com Ltd has no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in return transit.
